Controlled Plating Setting the Standard in Precision Metal Finishing

Quality - A Serious Commitment

CPT is an ISO 9001 Registered Company, which means we have documented and implemented effective operating systems to ensure our customers receive quality products and service.

In addition, CPT embraces the most modern management and manufacturing concepts and uses the latest technology available. We employ Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as evidenced by our extensive Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) package.

Finally, our entire CPT team is committed to continuous improvement, with a common objective in mind: to become the leading authority on alkaline zinc and zinc iron plating.Fischerscope X-ray system XDL-B

Fischerscope® X-Ray System XDL®-B

X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) is the preeminent non-destructive method for analyzing a metallic
coating thickness or determining a metallic composition for most metals. With this instrument at our fingertips we are able to determine plating thickness on even the smallest surfaces with the highest degree of accuracy. This measuring method is chosen for Quality Standards ISO 3497 and ASTM B568.

Singleton Corrosion Test Cabinet

Salt spray testing is a valuable tool in measuring the corrosion resistance of any coating. Most of the parts we run have salt spray requirements so it seems only fitting that we test the capabilities of our plating ourselves as well. This allows us to keep an even closer eye on our chemistry to ensure that it is performing as expected. Following Quality Standards ASTM B117
or ISO 9227 we can show you just how good our plating is.Lab at Controlled Plating technologies
